Why It‘s So Hard to Admit Mistakes?

Unfortunately, we learn early on that mistakes are undesirable and should always be avoided. We learn to hide them, to lie or to twist facts. And this is fatal; during this learning process, our brain believes that we always behave correctly and idealizes our self-image and revises any sense of guilt.
